I feel like real estate is in my blood, growing up the son of a real estate agent and builder in Corning, New York. Since moving here in 1988, I’ve developed a reputation for being Winchester’s biggest fan. Now after 27 years of selling local real estate, I feel like my roots are firmly planted in this great community that has been so good to me. I’ve been inside almost every home in the area, and I rarely sell a property more than 20 miles from my house.
Winchester has so much to offer. From the Little Theater to the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, literally hundreds of “fun runs” and marathons, the local SPCA (I maxed out on dogs and cats, but I still help them advertise) and historic neighborhood, home and graveyard tours—Winchester has it all, and I feel blessed to be a part of it. In fact, I love it here so much that my vacation home is only ten minutes from Winchester city limits! I’ve found that when you are as involved in the community as I am, real estate practically sells itself.
When I’m not selling homes, I love to travel (Greece this year, Sri Lanka next year) and give my time and energy to the causes I care about most. I also try to watch what I eat, work with a personal trainer and run the occasional marathon.
